Here are the crime updates for the Handsworth Wood area from 11/08/2025 and 31/08/2025.
Headlingley Road – Burglary – Between 10:25pm and 10:40pm on 13/08/2025, unknown persons gained entry to property by climbing over front metal fence. Offenders gained entry to house that was being renovated and attempted to steal building supplies. Regents Road – Criminal damage to a vehicle – Between 8:45pm and 9:45pm on 15/08/2025, unknown persons approached secure, parked and unattended Audi A3. Offenders caused damage to vehicle by slashing both passenger side tyres. Handsworths Cemetery / Oxhill Road – Theft from a motor vehicle – Between 4pm and 5pm on 24/08/2025, unknown persons approached a secure, parked and unattended Omonda 5 Noble. Offenders gained entry to vehicle by unknown means. Wallet and mobile phone stolen. Oxhill Road – Burglary – Between 12:01am and 12:16am on 29/08/2025, unknown persons gained entry to the property by kicking in the front door. Offenders smashed the front windows and caused damage inside the property. Cornwall Road – Theft of a motor vehicle – Between 11pm on 27/08/2025 and 7:20am on 28/08/2025, unknown persons approached a secure, parked and unattended Nissan Navara. Offenders gained entry to vehicle and stole it by unknown means. Hollycroft Road – Theft of a motor vehicle – Between 11:57pm and 11:59pm on 27/08/2025, unknown persons approached a secure, parked and unattended Ford Kuga. Offenders gained entry to vehicle and stole it by unknown means.
